Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Crusaders Leadership Programme Corporate Suite promotion.

1. Promotion Period: The promotionruns from Tuesday, 21 April 2026 to 4 pm Tuesday, 28 April 2026 NZT.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to anyone, anywhere in the world. Entry is valid upon completing any of the following actions during the competition period: complete the competition entry form; and/or follow our Crusaders Leadership Programme Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn pages AND like, comment, or tag someone on the competition posts. Entries generated by automated software that allows you to enter repeatedly are not allowed.

3. Promotion Details: One randomly selected winner will be drawn after the promotion period ends and contacted by 7 pm on Wednesday, 29 April NZT. The prize includes two Corporate Suite tickets to the Crusaders v Blues 2026 Super Rugby match on May 8th. The prize does not include any travel costs.

4. Claim: To claim the prize the winner must give notification of their acceptance by noon on Friday 1 May NZT. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance that your name and likeness may be shared on our social media channels. Should the winner forfeit the prize a new winner will be drawn and contacted, until the prize is claimed. Boma will make arrangements with the prize winner to grant access to the Corporate Suite for the chosen game.

5. Non-transferable: The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service not stated in the promotion.

6. Changes or Termination: Boma reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitations: Products purchased under this promotion are subject to the company's standard transfer and refund policy.

8. Governing Law: The promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

9. Disclaimer: Boma is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or issues that may prevent or delay a participant's ability to enter the draw and/or claim the prize. Boma New Zealand Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Boma New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to:

a) provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason;

b) disallow entries in its absolute discretion;

c) verify entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion;

d) terminate this promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;

e) enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

12. As a condition of entry, the winner indemnifies Boma, all organisers and sponsors associated in any way with this promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which Boma may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a prize.
